She is having experience of more than 5 years and expertise in dealing matters relating to Civil Laws and caters to various corporate clients, banks, institutions and individuals before the City Civil Courts, High Court, deals in trademark, copyright, patent, Design act, civil and criminal cases, appearing before NCLT (National company law tribunal) for corporate issues i.e. mergers, amalgamations , demerger, company strike off, revival, and other issues of the corporate clients, food licenses, certificates and approvals from state/ central government, and other works assigned by clients in legal matter from time to time.
